Pam Franco founded Franco Research group in 1999. Prior to that, she held positions as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Development at Norman Hecht Research, Director of Research and Marketing for Univision Spot Television, and Manager of Methdology and Quality for Nielsen Station Index. She also has ten years of experience at local TV station and group owners. Pam has a B.S. in business from Southeast Missouri State University.
Cara O’Flynn has 12 years of research experience, with special focus on Hispanic media. She started her career at SiboneyUSA, worked in Univision’s spot research department, and most recently was Director of Research at Azteca America. She has a B.A. in English from Colby College.
Allison Leonard has been with Franco Research Group since July 2007, specializing in local stations and evaluating the impact of new technology and research methodologies on ratings. She most recently worked as Research Director for WPGH-TV (Fox) and WPMY (My Network) in Pittsburgh. She has a B.S. in Biology from Duquesne University.
